1. Getting your remodel Started – Assess your budget

Before starting it is important to have an idea of how much you want to spend on your bathroom remodel. Setting a budget will help guide you through the process and help you make decisions on what you want to include in your remodel. Once you have an idea of how much you would like to spend it will allow you to budget for both labor and parts.

In order for us to give an accurate estimate, it will depend on if the bathroom is a repair project or a full update. Also, if the bathroom renovation will require a relocation of walls, electrical fixtures or plumbing fixtures. All of which we are happy to help with!

2. What we need to know to give you an estimate.

In order for your Houston Bathroom Remodel to be successful we will need to know the size of the bathroom, is it a bathroom repair or bathroom update project, and will there need to be a relocation of walls, electrical fixtures or plumbing fixtures?

3. How much time will my Repair take?

A common misconception when it comes to Bathroom Renovation, is that because the bathroom is smaller, it can be done quicker, as opposed to a larger one, however, this is not always the case. Depending on what exactly you would like to change it your bathroom, we could possibly have to go through all of the same steps as a large bathroom.

With the Home Remedy crew, we will be there until the job is done.
– Bathroom Repairs usually take between 1-5 days
– Bathroom Updates can last from 4-10 days
– Full Bathroom Remodel’s require detailed plans, and  sometimes an engineer’s approval may be necessary. Depending on the complexity of the plan, this process can take up to 6 weeks.

Final Arrangements

To ensure the best results and a timely execution, Home Remedy Professionals will need access to your home during regular business hours: 9 am- 6 pm, Monday- Friday. Your project estimate will be based on a full day schedule.

However, we understand the inconvenience of having a full sized construction project going on in your home, and how it can disrupt your schedule. After the first day of the project, you have the option, for Home Remedy managers to install a lock box with code, so that we can store a key onsite and get in for our work day. Also, we are also happy to work with your alarm systems if you would like to use a temporary code for our team to use.

We ask that you please make arrangements if you have children or pets, to have them out of the house when workers are present, as the construction process is often loud and disruptive, we do not want them to be under unnecessary stress.
