All estimates are based on the details provided by you prior to final draft of the contract. We allocate a strict number of hours to complete your project. When you chnage scope of work it changes the duration of your project, work flow, and will most likely result in a price increase. We want to make you as prepared as possible for any incidents, so please make sure you understand all aspects of the estimate. Final Arrangements
To ensure the best results and a timely execution, Home Remedy Professionals will need access to your home during regular business hours: 9 am- 6 pm, Monday- Friday. Your project estimate will be based on a full day schedule.
However, we understand the inconvenience of having a full sized construction project going on in your home, and how it can disrupt your schedule. After the first day of the project, you have the option, for Home Remedy managers to install a lock box with code, so that we can store a key onsite and get in for our work day. Also, we are also happy to work with your alarm systems if you would like to use a temporary code for our team to use.
We ask that you please make arrangements if you have children or pets, to have them out of the house when workers are present, as the construction process is often loud and disruptive, we do not want them to be under unnecessary stress.
